How to get involved
Register to Become an AFAC Member
The easiest way to get involved is by applying to become an AFAC member. By filling the membership FORM you will have the possibility to be accepted as an AFAC member after our reviewers have gone through your application an send you a membership invitation email.
Be Part of The International Team (IT)
The IT plays a vital role in driving our initiatives and expanding our impact globally. Applications for the International Team are accepted annually, and we encourage passionate individuals to apply. Keep yourselves updated on application dates and opportunities by following us on our social media platforms. Joining a National Working Group
AFAC has a presence in numerous African countries and our vision is to have members from all the countries in Africa. To check if your country has an NWG or to contact your national representatives, visit our “National Working Groups” section and find your country. If not, contact us and set up your own NWG!
Participate in AFAC Events and Programs
AFAC hosts global, and national events monthly, bringing together cardiothoracic and vascular surgery aspirants and professionals from around Africa and the world. Support our Initiatives in Advocacy, Education & Research
